300K Challenge:Take on the challenge of achieving 300 km of running mileage in 3 months. This program focuses on building endurance, ensuring steady improvement by gradually building the mileage and helping you reach the 300 km goal with confidence through structured training.
Addressing all aspects of fitness - Improve Stamina | Enhance Strength | Build Endurance | Refine Flexibility, etc.
Training Options:
- Train at your time and place
- In-person guidance at the nearest JJs Centre
Training days:
-4 days a week of Run/Walk workouts (Mon, Tue, Thu & Sat)
-2 days follow along strength & mobility recorded video sessions (Wed & Fri) - Complete at the comfort of your home
Eligibility criteria:
300K - Anyone who's aged 18+
All-in-all, set and achieve your fitness goal for your overall well-being.
How does this work?
- A Guided Program to ensure target completion
- You just need to follow the workouts, on training days
- You will receive daily workouts on the ONCA app by 4:00 AM
- Mon, Tue, Thu and Sat will be Walk/Run workouts
- Wed and Fri will be strength & mobility sessions - can be done at home by following recorded video instructions
- The distance covered by you will be monitored by the ONCA app via Strava
**The program fee is non-refundable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable.
**Original program fee is 4500+gst for 3 months, Special fee for New Year - Rs.4000+gst
