20 Miles - A program for runners who have successfully completed a couple of Half Marathons (HMs) and are looking to take the next step in their running journey but aren't quite ready for a full Marathon.

This 20-week training program is designed to bridge the gap between a half marathon and a full marathon, helping you build the endurance and confidence needed to conquer a 20 Miles (32K) distance. Whether you aim to improve your distance, pace, or overall running performance, this program will pave the way for you to achieve your goals.
