Pick a mileage that will challenge you (500kms or 300kms), and train for the target distance. This program will help you achieve the targets in 3 months!
Training Options:
- Train at your time and place
- In-person guidance at the nearest JJs Centre
Training days:
-4 days a week of Run/Walk workouts (Mon, Tue, Thu & Sat)
-2 days follow along strength & mobility recorded video sessions (Wed & Fri) - Complete at the comfort of your home
This is a guided program addressing all aspects of fitness that's suitable for EVERYONE.
- Improve Stamina
- Enhance Strength
- Build Endurance
- Refine Flexibility, etc.
Eligibility criteria:
300K - Anyone who's aged 18+
500K - Anyone who's aged 18+ AND has completed a 10K in the recent past
All-in-all, set and achieve your fitness goal for your overall well-being.
How does this work?
- Pick a challenge 300 km or 500km
- A Guided Program to ensure target completion
- You just need to follow the workouts, on training days
- You will receive daily workouts on the ONCA app by 4:50 AM
- Mon, Tue, Thu and Sat will be walking or running workouts
- Wed and Fri will be strength & mobility sessions - can be done at home by following recorded video instructions
- The distance covered by you will be monitored by the ONCA app via Strava
- On successfully completing the challenge, you will receive the Completion Badge, & you can also opt for a T-shirt
