COMRADES MARATHON - The Ultimate Human Race
An ultramarathon of approximately 89 kilometres held in South Africa. Known to be the largest & oldest ultramarathon, it's also one of the toughest marathons in the world.
A 4-months EXCLUSIVE training program for runners participating in the the 2025 Comrades Ultra Marathon scheduled on Sunday, 8th June 2025.
This program provides specialized training that focuses on all aspects to conquer the "Down Run", this year.
