6-months program - While you will find training at a comfortable pace, do not mistake this approach for an effortless endeavour. In reality, this method demands enormous patience as will be monotonous and time-consuming. The positive effects of adopting this approach are usually more apparent in longer events, such as the Marathons & Ultras.
ELIGIBILITY: Consider registering for DilSe, ONLY IF -
- You've have reached a plateau in your performance
- You've completed at least one MARATHON
- Can invest an additional 30% time in training
- You have the patience to wait it out, and not targeting events for 6 months
