Welcome Season 2018 – 19:
Here are some highlights: This season our usual session of TWTK, RYFM & Winter sessions will continue this year.
In addition many specialised programs coming your way, as you have seen we are starting the season with focused program for Strength training. We also have planned some individualised programs e.g. Find Your Rhythm (AKA Running Form Correction), Injury Prevention, Breathing Techniques etc. these are apart from our regular session like Basic of running, Nutrition etc.
Some of these will be for entire group and some will be for a select group. Stay tuned for announcements for these.
